Our meals are catered fresh daily, and meet strict guidelines to accommodate a wide range of special diets. All meals are low in salt, fat, and sugar. Each meal contains one lean protein, one starch, one vegetable, one fruit or fruit juice, fresh bread, and 2% milk.
