David Singleton is an attorney with more than 30 years of professional income tax and business experience. He was Associate University Counsel in Duke University’s Office of Counsel, where he focused on tax, tax audit, business, employee compensation, employee benefits, real estate, and corporate and international matters.
He received his LL.M. degree from the New York University School of Law, his J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law, and attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro for his undergraduate education in mathematics.
He has been a Meals on Wheels Durham volunteer for many years, and he also currently serves on the boards of the Eno River Association and CACHE (Carolina Advocates for Climate, Health, and Equity).
