Meals on Wheels Durham will close on Fridays at 1 pm for the summer.
The Meals on Wheels Durham office is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 4 pm and Friday from 7:30 am to 1 pm for the Summer. Below are the Fridays MOWD will close at 1 pm:
- Friday, June 24
- Friday, July 1
- Friday, July 8
- Friday, July 15
- Friday, July 22
- Friday, July 29
- Friday, August 5
- Friday, August 12
- Friday, August 19
- Friday, August 26
- Friday, September 2
Every summer, Meals on Wheels Durham distributes box fans to clients who need one or do not have functioning air conditioning, thanks to generous donations from numerous supporters. This year, MOWD has set a goal of providing 275 fans to clients. Help us reach our goal by donating a fan on our Amazon Wishlist. Thank you for keeping our seniors cool!
Meals on Wheels Durham will be closed on Monday, June 20 in observance of Juneteenth. Sign up to deliver our holiday meal on Tuesday, June 21.
