Alan Furan (he/him) is originally from Indiana with stops in Ohio and Louisiana before landing in North Carolina 6 years ago. Alan was an actuary specializing in financial analysis for 38 years and is now retired. Alan currently volunteers at Meals on Wheels Durham on Mondays. He also serves on his neighborhood HOA Board. He is married with four children and four grandchildren. When not chasing after grandchildren, he enjoys playing tennis, reading and working on jigsaw puzzles. Updates:
