Libby Towell

Elizabeth "Libby" Towell is a Business Transformation lead at Verizon Business, where she manages projects driving organizational change and new technology adoption. Before Verizon, Libby was a research associate at the Duke World Food Policy Center, where she supported a set of initiatives related to food justice in Durham. She also worked in Deloitte Consulting’s Government and Public Sector practice, where she supported leaders of federal agencies as they improved their services to citizens and stakeholders. Libby holds an MBA in Strategy and Social Entrepreneurship from the Duke Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Economics and Anthropology from William & Mary, both with a focus on equity and food systems.
