Meals on Wheels is actively seeking to serve those who will benefit from our meal service. If you know someone who needs Meals on Wheels, please contact us by e-mail, fax, or telephone. If you have any questions about eligibility for Meals on Wheels, please refer to our program info page. Please note that some programs have waiting lists. Call the Meals on Wheels office at 919-667-9424 to confirm the availability of service in a specific area.

To refer a client, please print out the Application for Services below, and submit the completed form to the Meals on Wheels office by fax or mail.
